Sharon Thesen

Sharon Thesen (born October 1, 1946) is a Canadian poet, editor, and anthologist.[1]

Life[]

Thesen was born in Tisdale, Saskatchewan. Her family moved to British Columbia in 1952.[1].

She earned a B.A. and an M.A. from Simon Fraser University. She then taught at Capilano College, and edited the Capilano Review.[2]

Thesen lives in Lake Country, British Columbia. She teaches at the University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBC-O).

In 2003, Thesen was a judge for the Griffin Poetry Prize.
